Our developers are currently busy working on a feature that allows your customers to self check-in. This allows your customers to post their key and check-in, for a totally contactless drop-off. This is particularly useful during the COVID-19 crisis
You will be able to add a link to a booking reminder that will take your customer to the self-check-in page.
The first page will summarise the booking information for the customer.
The second page allows the customer to take a picture of their vehicle and select a parking location. The customer must also declare that the vehicle is legally parked.
The third page allows the customer to take a photo of their key for identification, customers can also send a message to the reception at this stage. The customer must then state that they have posted the key.
The fourth page allows the customer to validate and edit their contact information such as phone number and email address. This is also a great way to increase the email collection rate.
Once checked in the customer will receive confirmation of their check-in. The garage will receive an email with the check-in details and a red tile will appear on the service advisor role centre.
